EVERYTHING IS ENERGY
All the energy that exists on Earth, and all laws that govern it did not appear at the moment that human life on this planet was conceived. This energy appeared much earlier, when the Universe as a whole was created. Humankind is merely an integral part of it. About 14 billion years ago, the first matter (singularity) exploded in the Universe - the moment called the Big Bang. The beginnings of the Universe are counted from this event. To this day, nothing on Earth nor in the Universe was created from something external. All things are closely connected with each other and are created only through evolutionary transformations taking place both in the material and spiritual world.
Initially, matter existed only in the simplest form - hydrogen atoms. Hydrogen is the simplest element with the atomic number 1. This was all that the whole Universe consisted of. Atoms attracted each other, became denser and hotter, and eventually ignited to form stars. In these stars, successive nuclear reactions took place, leading to the creation of new elements. The first stars aged and exploded, releasing new elements. The whole process began once more. Each subsequent generation of stars created matter in the Universe that had not existed before, until all the elements that exist today were created. Matter was transformed by evolution from the simplest form of energetic vibration, hydrogen particles, to the most complex form - carbon particles. The Universe was now ready for its next evolutionary leap. When the Sun was formed, the clusters of matter containing all the newly formed elements, including carbon, became denser in the orbit around it. One such cluster was the Earth itself. As the Earth's crust cooled, the gases trapped in the liquid core of the planet began to rise towards the surface, thus creating steam. Great rains fell and oceans spilled out over the surface of the Earth. Water covered most of the planet, the sky was clear, and the bright sun gave the Earth light, heat and radiation. In water bodies, under the influence of radiation, carbon molecules merged into chains of amino acids. Life was created, a new link in the evolutionary chain. The first life forms, limited solely to water bodies, developed very quickly. In the Age of Fishes, animals filled the oceans. As the Earth cooled and sufficient oxygen appeared in the atmosphere, animals also appeared on land. The first fish-like amphibians emerged from the water and began using their lungs to breathe the air. Next, matter evolved again and reptiles appeared, which took over the Earth in the great age of dinosaurs. Then it was the turn of cold-blooded mammals. Each newly emerging animal species meant that life (matter) was moving to a higher level of vibration. Eventually, the development process was over, with humankind standing at its summit. Yet evolution continues within the consciousness of every human being. This is connected with their free will and their decisions. It is these that pushed and continue to push us further.
Humans are the only creatures on Earth
who can become whatever they want to be.
Those who, for various reasons, experience a blockage in the evolution ongoing within their own consciousness, their own inner world, are ruled by hedonistic pleasures delivered to their senses. Intellectual pleasures are sidelined or are absent. Undoubtedly, such people can devote hours to their external appearance, shopping or social gatherings that contribute nothing to their life. They will always enjoy spending time with their friends, laughing their heads off at a joke they've heard for the hundredth time. They love being in crowds, where there is always something going on. They feel very bad in isolation. They like to be everywhere, they are ready to do anything to just drown out the voice of their heart. Leading such a life makes it extremely difficult to pick up signals from the higher levels of consciousness. This does not mean that there are no such signals: they always exist and are everywhere, albeit sent on other frequencies that are not picked up at this level. Just because someone listens to a radio broadcast on certain frequencies does not mean that no other program is being broadcast. Such a lifestyle does not necessarily mean that at some point they will not feel the need to develop spiritually. For various reasons, they may "jam" the signal and start to receive others from higher frequencies. Most frequently it is the case that having received a signal resonating with their own hearts at least once, with the passage of time they start to receive these signals more and more frequently. Those who have received light from higher levels will never forget that another world exists, one much more valuable, much more interesting, much more joyful. In such a situation, they are no longer able to turn back from the road leading them towards this light. Someone who once entered the path of development towards the light, opened his or her heart and felt its true power, can no longer leave that path. However, we must remember that this is a very dangerous path and one only for the brave. Before you reach your destination, many of its stages must be overcome in a state of uncertainty and solitude. Some things that have gone unpunished until now, and remain in the darkness, are now immediately discerned, and the consequences of bad deeds will become all the more severe.

In order to better understand how long humankind has existed in the Universe or inhabited the Earth as an inseparable part of this system, let's divide the history of the Universe by 1 billion and imagine that it was created 14 years ago. The Earth was created 4.5 years ago, while humans have inhabited the Earth for about 40 minutes. Civilization as we know it now has existed for a mere 3 seconds. Looking proportionately at the history of the Universe, the Earth and humankind on it, it is clear that we have only been here for quite literally a moment.

The world's most famous equation, Albert Einstein's E=MC2, completely changed the Newtonian perception of the world until that point. Before Einstein's discovery, it was believed that matter and energy are two concepts with nothing in common. Through the equation E=MC2, Einstein proved where energy (E) equals mass (M) multiplied by the speed of light (C) squared, and that matter is nothing but energy vibrating at a certain level. This means that what we consider matter, a solid physical body, is only a collection of tiny particles of vibrating energy at different levels, frequencies. You might say that everything around us, the whole Universe, is one great Ocean of Energy. Here, where the energy vibrates on low vibrations, tiny, invisible particles are concentrated very closely together, thus forming a solid body. The lower the vibrations, the more compressed these particles are: they form hard matter. A simplified example of this phenomenon is water. The chemical formula for water is H2O. Water is nothing but a combination of two hydrogen (H) and one oxygen (O) molecule. These two gases, which are invisible to the naked eye, are connected together but vibrate at high frequencies are still invisible. When their vibrations decrease slightly, we see them as water vapor (H2O). When their vibrations decrease further still, reducing the energy inside, what is invisible in the initial phase as two gases takes the form of soft matter, which we see in the form of ordinary water (H2O). With an even greater decrease in vibrations and a decrease in internal energy, hard matter, ice (H2O) is formed. This means that both what we see and what we do not see is energy. Whether these are objects or our thoughts, everything is energy, energy that is present throughout the Universe.
To understand this phenomenon better, let's create a small and highly simplified visualization. Imagine a very small particle, invisible to the naked eye – let's call it an elementary particle, an atom or anything else. If we add another invisible particle one by one, we will finally be able to see something. If we have a lot of time, we will ultimately produce quite a big object out of "nothing", let's say a rock. Of course, we can reverse this process. If we are lucky and we have some small pliers at hand, we can take one particle at a time out of our rock. The result of our work will be that there is no more rock and we will not see anything else. And yet nobody has stolen anything.
So now can you imagine that everything is energy?
