This book delves into authentic and highly reliable prophecies and examines them in light of the happenings in the world today.
The end of days is not "at hand". However it seems that a chastisement is. God does not want to punish his children. However, our world is increasingly self-centered, and continually mocks God. God will punish the world to get our attention if that's what it takes. We have the ability to forestall what has been foretold, or even to prevent some of the coming calamities. Based on what's been told in various apparitions and mystic visions, the choice is ours. The warning is growing increasingly louder, and the time to avert it is growing shorter. The time to pay attention is now.

This book was intended to not only separate fact from fiction with regard to prophecies of the future, but to create a timeline indicating where we now are, and what we can expect to see in the future.
I first examine a couple of concepts: the Great Monarch, and the Illumination of Conscience. I have read much on these two events, and the first thing I wanted to do was to determine if there was any validity to either of those claims. I seek truth, and have no agenda, so this was not some effort to confirm nor deny those events. I was going to be happy with whatever I found to be true.
The timeline created is the most accurate picture of the coming future that this author could discern, and I truly believe it to be accurate, or I would not be publishing this work. I believe it is timely information, because it does not seem that we have much more time left to us. I do not focus on the time of the Antichrist as much as some may desire, because that event falls far enough in the future for me to be unconcerned. For the formation of the timeline, I followed the following structure for its creation:
I first examine what Scripture and the Church Fathers have said. The Church Fathers focused heavily on the Antichrist. Though it contributes little to the timeline, it is nonetheless included to give interested readers some additional information about the Antichrist.
I continue the construction of the timeline with the inclusion of prophecy from valid apparitions and then highly reliable mystics.
I then discuss some questionable or unverified prophecies and then include a list of disregarded alleged prophets to explain the reasons each was dismissed.
I end with some advice with regard to preparations, and then include some valid messages received by seers regarding some contentious issues that are still being argued within the Church today. I figured we could let Heaven end the debate.
Because of the immediacy of these messages, the other purpose is to give readers the opportunity to receive one last warning to amend their lives, comprised of all the authentic warnings that have been given to date.
I honestly believe that this really is your last warning.
Silveira takes on researching the prophecies about the end of the world, of which there have been many, and of those, many have been false (as in, obviously not come to pass). She provides background on the prophets so as to establish the authority of their words and contrasts that with the false prophets and prophecies, which this reader found very helpful not just for the content but also as a teaching tool. There will continue to be prophecies about the end of the world until the end of the world, and Silveira's process of discerning false from real can be taken into the future and applied to words we will get about how the world will end.
Something this reader appreciated was the slow building of the timeline of the present day using prophecies from throughout the history of the Catholic Church, which began with Christ's appointing of Paul as the church's "rock" until the resurrection of the dead by and through Christ at the end of history. I have a degree in theology, but we spent literally no time on this at all, which on some level, isn't a bad thing. Silveira even says herself, "As we consider the coming chastisement and future events, it would be more advantageous to consider the more likely possibility of our meeting our individual end before any of the rest happens. The result would be the same. In whatever way we each meet our end, we will face God."
"This is Your Last Warning" serves, then, not just as a meticulously researched magnifier to how the end of the world will play out and, indeed, has already begun. Silveira's work also serves to inspire and urge those who have not committed to Christ to do so, and those who have committed to Christ reaffirm their dedication. As she says: there is no better time than now to choose Jesus; for once we die, our eternal fate is sealed (paraphrase).
