    Richard studied engineering, investment, finance and business management. He graduated receiving an Extraordinary Prize and the Lamb Prize from the prestigious University of Glasgow. He worked advising executives of large multinationals. He created companies that have sold millions of euros, having as partners some of the most successful entrepreneurs in Spain, including Juan Roig (succesful entrepreneur and the second richest person in Spain). He managed his own investments and that of multiple investors in real estate. Currently, he is focused, along with his brother and co-author of the book "El Método RICO", on his mission: to expand the knowledge of personal finances to improve people's quality of life through his books, courses and conferences.

While reading this book I learned new information. Some I knew which was refreshing. If you’re beginning to or want to learn about financial freedom, loans, debts, types of assets, growing and saving money; this can be your book!I personally didn’t know much about real estate, this book shared good introductory information for me on the subject, and also didn’t know much about “assets”, through reading I learned that a “cryptocurrency” is one 😄.Reading this book brought me back to when I read and learned Dave Ramsey’s “The Total Money Makeover” tip on the(snow ball method) of paying off debt.I enjoyed that the authors share a ton of financial book 📚 references and that they’ve learned from them. As well as including their own skills and methods of ways to help you be better with your money.They include charts for you to fill your information to help you see where you can change your spending, along with some challenges for you to start to make changes today. 💰👈🏻I love 🥰reading books 📚that refresh my mind 🧠 and leave me better than before. I learned new information, and although I’ve read other financial books or knew a few tricks, learning something new from every book I read is why I love reading financial advice.I enjoyed reading this book.

    Spanish author Richard Gracia Earned his degrees in engineering, investment, finance and business from the University of Glasgow. He is a highly successful entrepreneur, advising executives from large global companies, and manages his own investments and those of many investors in real estate. Together with his brother Diego Gracia, he presents all those ‘secrets’ about how to manage and make money.

    The brothers’ enthusiasm is infectious – one of the main reasons why this ‘self-help book’ on managing finances is so valuable. ‘Thirsty for insight and eager to grow personally, we embarked on a quest for knowledge. We invested thousands of euros in financial training, got masters in stock-market investments, and read every book on personal finance best sellers. With all that under our belts, little by little, we began to learn. We founded companies, and even when we failed, we learned. We invested in stocks – sometimes we won and sometimes we lost, but we learned. We invested in real estate; we made a few mistakes, but we learned. Thanks to this learning, we gradually began to buy and generate assets that were increasingly lucrative.     One of the most important parts of the book is your mindset, the author claims you need to think like the rich people to become successful on your way up to better finances, and from here he starts giving advice about many subjects that are very important to get to that goal; like reducing your spending, saving and clearing your debts and how to invest in assets that will give you financial freedom at the end so you can enjoy whatever you have managed to do with your money.
    I find the guide very persuasive, he has a way of writing that will make you want to follow each and every piece of advice he gives and of course there are plenty of things that you can learn if you are just a not¡real person like me that knows very little about assets.
    I recommend this book to everyone that is not rich yet!

Richard has a large amount of experience in the field that he is writing about, and he is bringing the lessons that he has learned to this book so that others can benefit from his knowledge. Most of the adice that is in here is great, but realistically it is fairly simple. It is no surprise that in order to have more money you need to do certain things: make more money that what you currently do, spend less money than what you currently do, invest in things that will bring in passive income, change your way of life to allow yourself to ahve the future that you want. Again, this is all good stuff and Richard has his different plans and acronyms that will help you accomplish this, but there isn't anything new here that is a magic bullet to make all your finaincial dreams come true. For most people, the hey to having money is to do all these things that were just mentioned and...work hard for a very very long time. The description said that money doesn't come in overnight or in a month, it takes time. Yes, for most of us years and years to see the results. So, keep at it and don't give up. Just about everyone can find benefits to reading this book, from those who are established to those just starting out.
