Anyone of any age could learn from this book because it has a wonderful message: give!
We live in a world of fear, anger, division, and worry about the future. Is there anything that we can do that will make any difference in our personal lives?
The Give Away Book reminds of the contagious power of giving. This is something all of us can do, every day (without mentioning money) when we give our encouragement, love, smile, applause, or a warm hug for a cold heart.
This is a book for adults, even though it looks like it was written for children, and I call it 'Big Kids Ideas in a Little Kids Message'.
Can a book make a difference? It may be that giving is really the answer.
Here's what some readers are saying:
“A very little book with a very big message."
Bob Burg, coauthor of The Go-Giver
"My dad always taught me the more you give, the more you receive. Scott's book not only gives the reader an opportunity to give but reminds us all of the simple power of giving. Grab a copy. Enjoy. Then, give it away."

This book is written for adults just as much as it is written for children. Anyone of any age could learn from this book because it has a wonderful message: give! Give love, give kindness, give goodness, and it will all come back to you! It encourages sharing and caring, which are important lessons that children should learn early (and adults should be reminded of, from time to time, LOL).
The book is written in language that makes it easy for even the youngest children to comprehend and understand, yet this story is also packed with metaphors and analogies that adults will find powerful and meaningful. This book is also full of simple yet beautiful illustrations that make it easy to grasp. Picture books help children connect what they see with how they think, linking concepts and words together. The style of art used is perfect because it is achievable -- I could imagine a child copying this art style in their own drawings, or seeing this and being excited because it echoes a child's art style and seeing themselves in a book could be really empowering for young readers.
No children's room is complete without a book shelf full of their favorite classics, and this is one that children and parents will both treasure for years!
My name is Amanda and I review books on my blog, The Wanderer Literary Journal. Reading books is my passion and writing reviews is my hobby; to have the opportunity to turn this into a paying career would change my life!
