About the author
The Honorable Sandra Chapnik was a high school teacher and had four children before entering law school in 1973. She practiced primarily civil litigation, family and entertainment law. In 1991, she was appointed to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, retiring in 2016 after a 24- year tenure. view profile
