Overview
I graduated with a Masters at the UEA in Literary Translation in 2012 .
As a writer and editor, my skills allow me to write in varying formats and contexts, and with strict adherence to grammatical precision and punctuation. I am capable of working to deadlines whilst retaining the quality of work a client should expect.
As a self published author, I also utilise social media platforms daily in order to market my work, i.e., twitter, facebook, pinterest, linkedin and co, there so applying such creative tools as Canva and CreateSpace; as well the abundant GIF creators and 3D effects existing online.
In short, being creative – and creatively quick-minded – sells, and I would relish the opportunity to put my skills to use in a company such as your own.
I am very familiar with wordpress and am certain that I would soon adjust to the software of other webhost providers. And, as stated above, I utilise social media platforms daily in order to market my work.
I am, indeed, passionate about writing, and although I have been teaching Translation Studies over the last two years – which, I might add, has come to an end due to Covid-19 – my freer time of late now allows me to apply to be creative on my own terms.
My French is of native level.
I am immediately available for work, and look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.
