At Ericsson, I wrote, edited and proofread listings, schedules, synopses and highlights for channels including BBC News, BBC Parliament and CBeebies, eventually taking on full responsibility for the BBC1 schedule. I consistently maintained a high level of accuracy and met deadlines while under pressure from high work volumes and conflicting priorities. I also developed a Sensitivity Style Guide to assist other editors in handling editorial queries relating to race, gender, sexuality and disability appropriately.
