U. S. Banknote
Began as document inspector at a company that printed stocks, bonds, traveler's cheques, and foreign currency. Worked my way up to packers on the guillotine press, and printer. New company took over in October 1993, and advertised in-house for beginning proofreaders. I took a test consisting of a made up share of stock- front, back and seal. There were reportedly over 80 errors. I found 101, the key said there were only 100. I found one missing on the key. Worked my way up to Journeyman Proofreader before my family moved 100+ miles away.
