Overview
I have worked as an in-house art director and designer at Hachette Book Group and Simon and Schuster, and as a freelance designer with several publishers.
My design scope covers a variety of genres, including women’s fiction, memoir, psychological thriller, essays, biography, humor, and sports. I have commissioned and art directed illustrators and photographers and worked with a variety of picture libraries to source the right imagery for any budget. I have an in-depth knowledge of pre-press and print production. I know how to make a book cover look good to a wide audience.
