Bonnie Granat – Editor

I’ve been a copyeditor for many years, and I primarily edit scholarly books. I am also a copyeditor for the journal Agricultural and Resource Economics Review, published by Cambridge University.

My experience includes academic copyediting in the areas of anthropology, business, history, psychology, social sciences, the arts and humanities, and technology-related subjects. In addition to my academic editing, I have edited fiction, memoirs, and books on computer science. When copyediting, I use Microsoft Word's track changes feature, though on rare occasions I will do hard-copy editing.

I have worked as a journalist, writer, and editor for more than 30 years and bring a wide range of experience to each project. As a freelance copyeditor, developmental editor, and writing coach, I have worked with book publishers, businesses, and individual authors. I have also worked extensively with authors whose native language is not English.
