With over 15 years’ experience in trade publishing, I am currently the Editorial Director of Convergent, an imprint of Penguin Random House. I'm an adult nonfiction book editor of award-winning and bestselling titles, including WHAT THEY MEANT FOR EVIL (PW starred review) by Rebecca Deng, SACRED REST by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith, YOU ARE ENOUGH by Mandy Hale, and FEARLESS IN 21 DAYS by Sarah E. Ball. I work with such notable authors as Richard Rohr, Sister Joan Chittister, Henri Nouwen, and Sarah Bessey. I am especially interested in adult narrative and prescriptive nonfiction: thought leaders, social justice, travel memoir, parenting, self-help, faith…whatever I find compelling and thought-provoking.
Whether working with a first-time author or a seasoned pro, I give each project my attentive, undivided attention, working closely with the author from developed concept to publication.
