Overview

A born-and-bred New Yorker, I graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in history. I worked in finance before beginning my career in book publicity. I have particular expertise in business, history, and current events; my political news and Twitter addictions come in very handy on many nonfiction projects. I merge extensive lists of journalist contacts with an expertise in writing effective media pitches to coordinate as many reviews, interviews, podcast features and radio slots for your book as possible. I've lined up hundreds of spots for authors in outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post, The Atlantic, USA Today, New Yorker, MSNBC, CNN, Comedy Central, NPR, and BBC. Radio and podcasts I've lined up included WNYC’s Indivisible radio, Slate’s The Gist podcast, Tablet's Unorthodox podcast, KQED Forum, KABC, Think on KERA, and many others.

I work alongside your publisher’s publicity team to expand the scope of the media campaign for your book.
