Juggernaut Books
• Founder-Editor, Juggernaut blog [community.juggernaut.in]: commissioning and writing articles to create and develop the blog as a key online literary space for authors and books
• Coordinator, Partner Publishing Programme: managing and developing Juggernaut partner publishing programme to make the platform a key space for digital publishing; tailoring the content to suit app readers; providing editorial inputs to publishers; overseeing sales and marketing for the partner programme.
• Facilitator and Content Marketer: developing content to promote and push Juggernaut original frontlist and backlist titles on the digital platform, including social media coordination, external media outreach, and social media handles.
• Providing editorial inputs towards app UI/UX

I commission fiction as well as nonfiction titles, with special interest in politics, current affairs, and narrative writing, for the Indian arm of the world's second-largest trade books publisher. I am also responsible for market development and product management, with special focus on developing the local list digitally and in the existing traditional books market. I am responsible for selecting titles that will be marketed as leads and super-leads by our sales department, and also deal with online retail in new digital marketplaces. I deal with multiple authors and literary agents on a daily basis, and also assist the Publicity department in their social media strategy.
