My job at ABRAMS is to collaborate on the creation and execution of novelty and picture books, middle grade and young adult novels. I manage all aspects of art and design, and help craft the overall aesthetic and identity of the list by illustrating, hand lettering, designing, commissioning and art directing illustration work for each of our unique titles.
Duties Include: Researching children's market trend and guest insight data and creating seasonal concept presentations. Developing trend-right graphics and print & pattern relevant to the Target guest. Partnering with designers and merchants to develop creative strategies that address business needs while providing value and inspiration for the guest. Providing quality and color approvals for all product.
