I'm a freelance editor specialising in the outdoor industry, adventure travel, and genre fiction.

Overview

Pinnacle Editorial offers a range of services for authors, content creators, and writers of all kinds. I specialise in working with small firms and independent self-published writers. If you’ve written a book or an article, or if you’re a student with a dissertation or thesis that needs polishing, I can help you out — and my rates are affordable.

I have several years of experience in content editing, copy-editing, and proofreading, and have assisted many authors in finding their audience.

My subjects of expertise:

* The outdoor industry, adventure travel, mountaineering, and climbing. I have more than a decade of experience as a British mountaineer and outdoor writer, and am a regular feature contributor for a range of UK-based outdoor publications. * Genre fiction, specifically historical fiction and science fiction. I have published two novels and several short stories since 2012 and have extensive experience of editing material in these genres.

* Consumer technology. I have a degree in Computing Science and worked part time as a Carphone Warehouse customer consultant from 2011 to 2014.
