I live by the sea in one of Britain’s smallest and spookiest towns (Manningtree), with my partner and our son.
I work regularly with Hodder & Stoughton and have designed hundreds of covers across all genres, but with particular focus on Sci-Fi, YA, Self Help, Crime and Thriller. These have included typographic, illustrative and photographic covers for authors such as Ruby Wax, Mick Herron, Sabine Durrant, Sophie Hannah, Juno Dawson, J.P Smythe, Tana French and Mary Stewart. Other publishers I have worked with include Pushkin Press (where I designed the Man Booker Shortlised Mirror Should Signal by Dorthe Nors), Daunt Books, Bloomsbury and Bitter Lemon Press.
As well as book covers I also design CD covers and build the occasional website. I also love baking bread and digging in the garden.
I'm based in Essex and London and work in all areas of graphic design and illustration but mostly in publishing and music.
